Overseas Buyers/Investors
In the case of purchase of one of our existing apartments we offer assistance with: Visa, Inspection Trip, advice on Hotel accommodation, free transport during the viewings of our properties.
If the buyer chooses to buy one of our properties, our services will be extended to preparing all necessary documents, such as Sale Purchase Agreements, recommend a local banking institution for opening an account, give a list of lawyers and their respective fees, a list of accountants with their respective fess. The Buyer will make his own choice of bank, lawyer and accountant who will work for him/her to their best interests.
After Sale Service
This is an integral part of the whole procedure.No deal is successful and no Buyer is happy unless he/she is supported AFTER the purchase.
Our service team will be available to assist with any unexpected problems that might arise during the initial period.These services will be offered free if the arising problem is due to fault on the part of the contractor or at very reasonable rates if otherwise.
